Did my interview yesterday. The guy that interviewed me just fall my hand. After bombarding me question for 15minutes which I answered quite well, he asked for the names of my interviewer which I couldn't recollect, I only mentioned 1 name. He said my listening skill is zero and that is d main quality or skill required for the job.

I just wonder how my listening skill can be zero after i narrated 96% of the conversation I listened to, between a caller and the agent during the buddy session.

If you didn't get a mail you can go to their office to verify if u can. I don't think they are strict. All the same, if its ur job no man can deny you of it.

When you eventually land the Job, you will understand why they need you to get their names. When a customer calls you, you need to get his name and never forget or never use it. So names can get you poor quality mark. Your listening skills wasn't good.

To others, make sure you pay close attention, make sure you tape their names down.

Study your CV, get the conversation between the agent and d caller, note the names of the interviewer and the guy u buddy, know what customer service (rep) is, possibly check to know about etisalat nigeria (EMTS), their package (just names), dress well, try to be calm and speak well. If you can do all that, you are 99% guaranteed the job.

buddy session you mean? It's just to give you heads up on what the job really is.

I have not been called for CBT test. House what should I do and are they still doing CBT, also, can I gate crash?
