Erm.... that first PIC is Millennium Park Abuja. Also why are most of the Yorubaland pics from Lagos? You have more states than the SE why not showcase neighbourhoods where people live in all other states too? Those posting SE pics showed pics from all their states both town and village also upscale and ordinary residential areas....don't be afraid to do the same. There must be residential areas in every state of all levels.

I think the negative fighting stance is out of place here. Let this thread remain positive and an education not a fight or a competition.

One thing I have enjoyed is that many of the SE pics also show residents going about their daily lives.

meccuno you forget to add it's not Yoruba people that develop lagos just as hausa didn't develop abuja rather it's develop by federal government and igbo people and foreign investors

the development started with the british.......the british loved living very close to the sea that's why they moved en mass to Lagos......most places on the island and some parts of lagos have english names.......then when the whites left, lagos was made federal capital.....abuja was a bushy area then......abuja is just a definition of what federal might can do to a location........ If the capital were to move to a place like gombe, the same development would take place.....there is no place in the whole of Nigeria that can tran§form its state into an abuja or even lagos and claim that the indigenes developed the place.....not possible......would take a huge amount of capital which would not be sustainable and the state would run into debts
