Samsung had already brought the lowly Neonode N1m in front of the court there -- and had Apple's claims over slide to unlock determined to be "trivial and likely invalid", and the court refused to consider them even though there was evidence of prior art. That's how the judicial system works over there.

The Exynos 7420 is actually better in a number of ways. The A9 has not been tested yet so I can't talk about it.
