Preffeed to Rooney? Joke of the year.

Fellaini made us missed Rooney. He didn't offer anything. Many people have said this.
With Rooney form, a big YES! Fellaini gave better hold up especially in aerial ball and engaged the 2 CB.

You missed Rooney not us. We scored 3 in his absence. May his absence continue to give us such.

but Rooney doesn't give a _fuck about pressing defenders or GKs.

When he's through n goal, he doesn't give another _fuck about striking the ball.

I'm yet to hear anyone say United missed Rooney bro, this na my first time!

fellaini played exactly like rooney cos of lack of service, United scored after the exit of Depay. Depay is the reason for Rooney being lacklustre that i have harped on since. two of our goals were from set pieces only the third goal was a real striker's goal.

rooney is the laziest striker ever...
we saw schweinsteiger pressing mignolet all the way from the midfield and putting himself about. if 2-3 players had joined him, we would have scored in that passage of play. rooney rarely presses and when he does, he does it sideways leaving enough distance so that the goalkeeper can shoot. i didn't miss rooney one bit. we are better without him.

The football world is in mourning after it emerged that Chelsea has banned player banter in a bid to salvage their flagging season. The club has banned banter between the players.

Tony Banks of the Express and Matt Law of the Telegraph both claim that no crisis talks have been held despite the club’s poor start, but that pressure is mounting ahead of Wednesday’s clash and Sunday’s game against Arsenal. Law touches upon a claim from talkSPORT’s Stan Collymore that captain John Terry and misfiring striker Diego Costa had a “bust-up” recently. Meanwhile, a ‘club source’ told the Daily Express: “There are some unhappy players around the place. No jokes or banter.”

Depay is the reason he doesn't shoot when through on goal?.

Depay has his own blame and should be relegated to the bench.

assnal cannot be trusted in situations like this. They disappoint when you least expect.

Hope they don't though.

Did Fellaini press the defenders and goalkeeper? The only time he appeared to press the goalkeeper is when there was long ball into the box. He was not given a chance by the goalkeeper. His only use as a CF is aerial threats.

He didn't give attacking options to the midfielders, he didn't help create pocket holes to give options to Depay, Mata and Herrera. With Fellaini there was never going to be a good chance. He also offered no pace.

I watched that match with a large group of people, and some were anti Rooney before kickoff. But during the match they said at least Rooney helps create alternative attacking outlets like Benzema.

How do I care whether everyone here doesn't miss Rooney when I know almost everyone is a perpetual hater?

Fellaini did not offer any hold up play. He did nothing right except when he contested for long balls into the box.

Three goals scored was because Ashley came on to play on the left side of attack. First half was our worst attacking outing this season. No single shot from anyone. Only one lame attempt recorded by the entire team.

Depay is not, most stikers have been lethargic this season, costa, rooney, kane that is why they havent done much upfront, even aguero hasnt been the aguero of old. As the season goes on they will change. Fellaini isnt an answer upfront alone, he needs to play with someone, maybe rooney, fellaini upfront like rooney, heskey back then or owen heskey combo

If Depay wasnt hauled off, we wont have won that game. Depay will come good but he should know this is united, no long time for experiments though we have a mad man as gaffer

aguero & costa have both scored league goals this season.
rooney hasn't scored a league goal yet and he has 1 away league goal in 18 months. rooney's lethargy didn't start this season.....at least for the strikers you have named, they were in super form last season. are you really suggesting a player can be out of form for 9 months?

Wia in my post was i hating on d dude. Raumdeuter said "he siad it was difficult watching UCL matches on tv". He dint need to leave Madrid. He could ve signed a contract extension and watched Ucl from the bench at the Bernabeu while he waited for a year for Psg. No need to come to United and serve us the bullshît he did all season.
