Is this report saying that there is no Nigerian agency called National Task Force because I have encountered these guys before now on the road to Abuja ?

I am seriously surprised to learn that here that there is no agency by that name.
I remember one of my visits to Abuja on official duty I went to city plaza in area 11 and saw about 5 hilux vans and 5 hummer buses all brand new bearing the inscription of this national task force.

I remember wondering what the hell was wrong with GEJ for creating such a body, when we already had customs, immigration, civil defence, police, the entire military etc all of whom part of their mandate shud cover this activity.
I no know say na big scam.
