Many of the vandals are of ijaw extractions who have shiftedbase from the niger delta to the ogun axis. With the right technology and adequate manpower, vandalism could be dratically reduced but the right people should be trained for this job.

yes oil pipelines vandalisation stopped when the opc took over the security of these oil pipelines at least in the south west

the contract was awarded I think towards the end of gej tenure and it is on record that the opc repelled many attacks by oil pipeline vandals and they even engaged the vandals in many shootout confrontations pls note that all I am saying pertains to the south west.if opc were the once guarding these pipelines there is no way those dss who are fathers ,sons and husband of some ppl will be dead.
