The courts should allow this case to be argued in court. The court can then dismiss the case during preliminary hearing if the case is frivolous.

Do u know the history? Buhari will be the first person in Nigeria to defeat an incumbent president and the first incumbent president to be impeached. Mark my words.

I listened to one presenter on Classic FM this evening newspaper review. The way he sounded was as if Saraki have been indicted already. He infact mentioned on air that he will be removed as senate president, you could feel his excitement on air. One can tell from his remarks on issues that he is a die hard APC propagandist. I am sure he will be highly disappointed with this news.

So anybody that wants Bukola removed is an APC propagandist. Maybe you should try and take a trip to kwara state then maybe you'd know who your so called senate president is. Go and see the kind of life his kids live, when the common man were left to suffer. Saraki is an hardened criminal and if his becoming a senate president without his party's blessing is what would finish him it's by his making. You should be bothered about the kind of system we are in where our politicians run to court to get injunctions stopping our law enforcement agencies from doing their job... Bureau, CCB,...All these years, its now they suddenly realized Saraki falsely declared his asset. I am very sure this has been a norm and which Buhari must have falsely declared Hus assets among the 4 times he claimed to have declared his assets...all our politicians are thieves..
