I finally found Pomo.
#thanksgiving mode.

So I made nkwobi and stew and egusi soup and abacha with it. Even made bitterleaf soup with it. (But no pic for bitterleaf soup)
If only I could put it in my cereal too.

This one is abacha. (African salad)
Not soup.
It's similar to that ugba but made from thinly sliced cassava and sometimes prepared together with the ugba. But I don't have ugba though it's on my "to eat" list.
