at Mesebo or Toppa market, after crossing the border, enter a cab ask the driver if they wud reach toppa park, wen the stop u at the park, u can walk into the market......Mesebo is also opposite it starts at the other end of the road. Both are big markets wia u can buy anytin.....price of transport fair afta u cross the border till u get to the market/park is within 700-1000 cfa.

. I advice u don't go alone...,,if ure not careful, u might end up buying tins at higher rates and u might b scammed since ure not familiar wit cefa,,,,,
moreover, dis is not d best time to shop due to the exchange rate.... but if u insist on going, I advice u to go wit sum1 who is used to d market......coz as soon as dey discover ure a first timer, dey'll bill u excessively and u av to b careful and negotiate well wit ur cab driver after entering naija coz of customs wahala
