Do you need someone to teach u that,,,If the case of thiefs were to spend 2 days or 2 weeks in jail, many peope will become more daring.
But when u add some slaps and blows, people will think twice. In America, Parents/teachers are not allowed to dicipline or flog their children thats why they're so vagabond and lawless. See what America has become now.
