Well I'll advise you give them the same address you've been filling for UK ADDRESS in your VISA application just so they can rhyme and easy to believe. This will mean that you'll be living in the school's accommodation. All through my application, I put my university address as my UK address. Was given a landing form, filled the same address in it. They didn't ask about my accommodation obviously because of that. They asked about my fees though; how much and how much have paid and who's paying my fees. Good luck

Guess it's better to make a hotel reservation. Right? To be on a safer side.

Again, make sure that the booking is still valid on the day that you are travelling!
Some hotels cancel bookings if they are not paid, check and be sure.
Also have contact details of the hotel ready at POE.
Then you should have no problems.

I left Lagos yesterday night for Heathrow via Frankfurt. Arrived at about 9 am. At the POE, I just tendered my passport and the officer asked if I was coming for study. After I said YES, he stamped my passport and I went through. I didn't need to show him ANY document.
And now I'm comfortably settled in my uni accommodation. Weather is quite cold though. Thank you everyone for all the useful advice and tips given thus far. And I pray that everyone settles in as smoothly as I did.

Other people should still make sure that their important documents are available and that all the details are correct.
Some people sail through but some are checked in all details.

Yh you still have to count the 28days even if dere is 100million naira in the account. Thats the UKVI rule

If the money has been there 28days or more.. you can print the statement starting from 28 days before the day you apply. Its better if its more than. As long as the start date of the statement is at least 28 days before the end date/date of application online then you are fine.
E.g you apply today 21st sept. Your bank statement should be dated from 24th aug-21st sept. It can even start way before 24th aug, the earlier the better. Some ppl use 6, 3 or 2 months bank statement.

you pay before you submit at the visa application center, through the tls website, although you'll be asked wen u get to the vac if u want to pay for it, so u can as well pay it there with your atm card

u have to pay for your visa and ihs to confirm the date of your chosen appointment. If u don't do dat after 3 hours, den u will have to choose anode date to confirm.

your previous post talked about paying for priority service, which can only be done after you have submtitted your application and must have paid the visa fee and IHS. after submitting your application you will be required to create an account on the tls website(uk.tlscontact.com/ng) that is where you can subscribe for the priority service

After you successfully filled and submitted your online form, then go to www.uk.tlscontact.com

Register there and click on added value service, you will see priority visa, click on it and make your payment. You will receive an email confirming that you paid for the service then print it out and take it to VAC with your application

I attended a 2nd interview today for my visa, mostly relating to if I will go to UK for purely study reasons or not. It was a face2face interview and during that, I was able to see my application briefly and it had a fairly big "R" letter next to my name/surname details etc. Does that mean I got rejected initially and was asked for a 2nd interview or it does not have any meaning. The last enrollment date is approaching and I am quite worried.

Are you sure thats the deadline? Isnt it usually one week after resumption date? Lol nigerians and public holidays.. The annoying thing is that there is now public holidays when youre meant to be counting working days for receiving your decision/documents
