And I thought I was the only one worrying about his recent weight gain. I just got myself a treadmill. It's time to burn some fat. Doing some fat burning exercises will help. No dulling!

So easy. Get a sharp knife and cut some pounds of flesh out carefully.

Have a weighing scale nearby and constantly measure as you cut out till you achieve the desired body weight.

Hey, please pass me some fat! No matter what I do, I never grow fat , so slim...... people always ask what d matter is cheesy

Well on the flip side I guess you could cut down on your carb, fat and junk intake . And exercise more often. Also maybe see a doctor, sometimes being too fat or slim is not the persons fault but a genetic trait that causes it. When such happens there's not much that can be done about it , but I'm sure it's not that bad. Nice pic though.
