1. She is a scammer
2. She doesn't have any dime with, forget all those blabbing, that she has millions of goods waiting inside the sea abi ocean.

The best thing to do is to use the help of the armed forces and get the cash from her. Then, also believe me she has gone into hiding and it will take time to fish her out.
