Lazard Freres was the company @NOIweala hired as a consultant for Nigeria's debt negotiation in 2005 while she was former President Obasanjo's minister of finance, Lazard got paid $100,000 per month throughout the negotiations and some have said it was the reason Obasanjo gave her a boot.

As per GAVi, weeks before she left office in May 2015 she also paid GAVI $2.2m in questionable refunds that the Federal Ministry of Health, EFCC and some NGOs claim were dubious.[/s]

How many months were paid, SR did not provide us the information, rather they left us guessing and speculating as you did.

On the GAVI appointment, are you saying that if I worked for a company as Finance Director and had business dealing with another company, i am precluded from being a director at the latter for the fact that I was a director at the former at one time or another? Again, has the Federal Ministry of Health no authority to petition GAVI for the 'incorrect' refunds? Again, where are the evidences that the funds were properly and excellently UTILISED?
How come that a "HEAVILY CORRUPT GEJ GOVERNMENT" according to SR has suddenly became saintly in managing GAVI funds just because NOI name was involved? Why have everyone kept silent about the refunds until NOW? In any case, WHO PROVIDED THE FUNDS IN THE FIRST PLACE? FG?, SR? Tax payers or who?
