Wood used and the cost both for the roofing and inside jogging.Rafters 2x4x18 =340,2x2x12hard =530,2x2x18 soft=390.soft for inside nogging which hard is for polines.Wood price total #450,900,transport #10,000 both for the two time purchase.Nails _ 3bags of 4' inches and 3 and half bags of 3'inches equals # 27500 meaning #5000 per bag

Workmanship for the woodwork including fitting the roofing sheet and inside nogging but l brother l barely manage the money,so all gain to the house owner.l charge just #200,000k
