To some people, smoking, alchohol, fornicating, partying are not sinful acts, so also some people might not see betting as a sin.

However, if sin doesnt rule your life, your instinct will tell you whats sinful and whats not

@OP everything must not be sinful, betting only leads to addiction which is not good, so if u know ure addicted, u need to stop it becaus it will make you bet money that was meant for other useful purpose hence it becomes bad when u dnt win but that does not make it a sin, its all about self control.

If anyone posits that it is a sin, you would then be saddled with the task of showing biblically how it is a sin.
Let's understand this clearer.
Many people tend to feel addictive acts are wrong, but in the end, they are not exactly inherently wrong. Its just the addictive nature and the possible tendency for that addictive nature to mislead the individual that makes it appear seemingly wrong.
However, I stand to be corrected on this.
