This happens to most men, but only few really admit it. A couple of tips

First off DONT WORRY. The more you worry about it, the longer the problem will persist. It's mostly in the mind.

Second. Keep fit. Cut back on alcohol and smoking(if you smoke) change your diet and try eat a lot more vegetables and fish.

Third. Abstain for a while. This includes self service. Just focus on other aspects of life for a few weeks, this will also help you mentally. Do some other things you enjoy to take your mind away from it all.

Are you worried over something that then affects your manhood (Its a "mind" thing you know), RELAX and CHILL OUT

Eat a lot of unripe Banana, Nuts.
Exercise a lot. Get your mind to rule over your body. I suggest swimming for you
Seek a Doctors advice as well (Go to a Govt Hospital, l said GOVT HOSPITAL for a reason!)
Abstain for some time, fast and pray over it as well.

Low potency is not a complete "head down" now?
Its just an erectile dysfunction problem. Relax yourself.

If you sleep in a very stuffy room, try ventilate it properly and sleep in lower temperatures.

Well,that's a very serious issue...U shouldn't be advising him 2 get married just lyk that..He already stated he's bn having low potency issues...His wife may never forgive him and live an embittered life knowing he married her without first getting properly treated...
