If the ministerial list isn't released today, then the decision making capabilities of buhari should be questioned.At a time like this when Nigeria's economy faces a sharp decline,we do not need a leader whose ability to act on matters of esteemed significance is characterised by sluggisness and uncertainties....But I reserve my judgement till the clock ticks 12am october 1st 2015 and we are yet to see a complete list of the ministers that buhari has appointed.
