I'd expect Abuja to be heavily secured by now cause of the heavy concenteration of security forces there,yet intelligence gathering is the most under-utilized weapon against Boko Haram in Abuja,It is the seat of power for crying out loud..

The military should step up intesive security of Abuja,and DSS,DIA should face
intelligence gathering to counter this bombings.
