at this juncture, two things are involved

fighting the insurgents and tracking down the rapid system of their suicide bombing

Buhari did not release anyone. The relevant authorities after careful investigation released suspected boko haram members who were found not culpable.

It is better to let go a million criminals than to punish one innocent person.
