Somthing led to that,Oliseh made a statement which Enyeama wanted to respond to.Secondly, this was an exceptional case cuz by mere coming to the camp at all deserves acolade for a grieving player and shows patriotism.Throwing shades at such a player at this trying time will get him upset, it shows that Oliseh is even insensitive and not out for the well being of his players.
#Sorry for the bashing,i neva meant it that way.

Apology accepted cheesy

My broda, work ethic 101, do not argue with your boss..

Finally Oga na Master cheesy

Enyeama playing at the highest level in french league should have known this by now," professionalism".

Even if Oliseh was wrong Enyeama had no right whatsoever to attack him infront of other junior players, and remember he was the team captain and should have led by example.. If Oliseh condoned his arrogance and a junior player does the same tomorrow and he disciplines him .. Then it would cause disharmony in the team and for sure he would be bias..

Finally ma broda, Enyeama should have displayed maturity...

Cheers cool

My broda, i base my response to Enyeama refusing to leave when Oliseh asked him to..
Neither of us were there .. We dont know if Oliseh announced Musa as captain right away when the incident happened or if he had a prior conversation with Enyeama about it and this all coincidentally happened within the same time frame..

But Finally my broda Enyeama would never do this at his club, he lacked displayed arrogance and lacked professionalism

If they had a private discussion, enyeama would be quite because they would have reached a conclusion in private. Reports had it that what caused the brawl was keshi announcing musa as captain..... and enyeama shouting that it can never happen.

Wth do you know? Tevez, Balotelli and many others have all fought their clubs coaches. Heaven Did not fall and they were no thrown out Like pigs.

WT heck is oliseh compared to Enyeama? Enyeama is a bigger hero than keshi would ever be and deserves a lot of respect.

Don't be sentimental or judge one-sidedly. Enyeama seems not to respect anything called Super Eagles any longer since the day he was given query about that Kaduna game.
Can a player be greater than a whole nation or his superiors?
He did not tell Oliseh that his mother was dead but we (general public and Oliseh) heard it from the media two days later.
Then after the burial he arrived late (not the main issue), but was unruly in camp (not meeting with the coach but asking questions from subordinates and freestyling) until he even heard during meeting in the evening that he would no longer be the captain.
And it was said he want ranting uncontrollably. Thatz not the quality of a good captain..humility is good sometimes.

That is insubordination, no respect for the coach! I doubt if you can work with someone you do not respect or someone who is looking down on you.

Hmmm you seem to know more

U dont hurt someones emotions that deep and expect him to keep calm.Enyeama is still battling with pschological trauma. His clubs boss wont be dat insensitive and inhumane to verbally attack him at such moment.

Why would Oliseh regret this? Some one was between the sticks for the eagles before Enyeama. He was a local player when he became Nigeria's number. Maybe it is time for some local player to shine

My broda, this a job.. No one forced him to play for Nigeria..
Yes he is going through emotional stress but that does not give him license to be unprofessional...

Do you recall how prince boateng and Sulley Muntari left the Ghana squad

I understand Enyeama was going through stuff but he is not the only player on the team, he shouldn't have let his emotions to cloud his judgements..

I still believe regardless he should have respected the coaches order..

stop being mischievous. you should know that I meant to type oliseh in my previous postulations.

You are the one making a fool of yourself. These players are not kids. most of them are richer and more famous than oliseh would ever be. The only thing keeping them under is their patrotism for the country. Because you are the coach does not give you the impetus to threat them like kids.

Have u heard anywhere in the world where the captain of a team was disbanded with his prior knowledge?

You made the wrong analogy. in coaching, respect is mutual. If you lord it over your players, they would lose respect for you, rebel against you and you would get sacked.....who's the master then?

Oliseh bleeped big Time and should be ready for the consequences to come. I Don't see him lasting any longer on that seat.

What Job! How much does Nigeria even pay him? This is selfless service and not job cuz they jst give them allowances.Nigerian players come home to play due to patriotism and not the peanut they collect.
Professionalism will never cloud out the human factor in everyone even you self my brother.
Please dont involve the cases of Sulley muntari and kevin boateng hia cuz its still the greedy nature of Ghana FA official that culminated into their protest.

Stop being sentimental. Oliseh only learnt of enyeame's mum death on the news. Is Eanyeme too big to tell his coach about his mum's death. The problem is that of ego. will eyeama argue with his club coach?

Enyeama IS the BEST we have,a true world class goalkeeper at the PRIME of his career,Mark my words Oliseh is going to regret this,we are all forming nothing dey happen, just one fumble from Carl Ikeme and co and we'll realize what we had in Enyeama,TODAY is a SAD day for Nigerian Football..#HERO
Some players after 2000 Nations cup were doing what enyeama did today. Those player felt too big for their coach. they were thrown out. Those players were the best we could offer but they fail to agree with their coach.

Oliseh picks up unnecessary fights

Carl Ikeme is a good keep but he is not better than Enyeama

Enyeama is still Africa number 1

Oliseh could simply waited Enyeama out as Enyeama will soon retire

This is how he started his speech with my name is "Sunday Okechukwu Oliseh"; I am not Igbo. Well nobody asked you what your tribe is, just get on with your speech on leadership.

Oliseh appears to be a very divisive character and he does so when it is purely unnecessary
Re: Vincent Enyeama Finally Quits Unceremoniously. by AOB1963: 1:46pm On Oct 08, 2015
The sad thing that most football supporters will soon find out that Carl Ikeme is not a good goal keeper. He is an average keeper, but he not even in the class of Ejide talk less Enyeama. Those who think his showing against Tanzania is the way he performs should check how many goals he has conceded for Wolves in England since that game, even as second choice keeper. *smh*
Re: Vincent Enyeama Finally Quits Unceremoniously. by kingofabia: 1:51pm On Oct 08, 2015
I just feel emotions took over at this poin. but i just believe Oliseh took a rash decision. Enyeama has never been known to be unruly so i feel removing the captain band was a rash decision. i just wish him the best in all

Badgers14:

My broda there is this thing called professionalism..
Even if your boss is wrong it is very unethical to argue with him toe to toe and we all know that.

Even in law court there is how you will present a case that was going your way and it goes against you..
Enyeama should have left the room out of respect for himself at least.. Then confront the coach one on one later..

Its true he buried his mother but if he and the team agreed that he would be off for a specific number of days.. Agreement is agreement and being the best player does not warrant him to flagrantly disregard the same agreement and be arrogant about it..

Enyeama playing at the highest level in French league should have known this by now, "professionalism"

Oliseh in big trouble now. Any mistake from super eagle will be directed to him now.
Oilseh and NFF have simply shown that they lack man management skills. Oilseh in particular has shown that he is truly a rookie in national team football management. He doesn't seem like someone who will last beyond 12 months on the job.

This guy Enyeama dedicated his times for the Eagles. Yes, his contribution won laurels for us. But at last...
Enyeama complained about the match venue of kaduna.
Enyeama was given a query which he tore it in the presence of Nigeria football officials in kaduna. Haba!!
Enyeama withdrew his passion for the National team when Stephen Keshi was sacked.
Enyeama behaved rudely to the Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh even when he came late to the camp.
Less we forget
Oliseh won Olympic Gold medal
Oliseh scored the winning goal against Spain in France 98
Oliseh doesn't take shit from anybody when it comes to football
Oliseh threatened to deal with the minister of sports then due to his interference in the Super Eagles matters
Oliseh cried in front of millions of people when Nigeria lost to Cameroon in AFCON 2000.
Oliseh head butted his club mate in Germany.
Nigerians want a patriotic and a discipline team.
Kudos to Sunday Oliseh. Keep it up man

How much does he receives from his club courtesy to selling himself frm the selective call from d national team? Homw much can be paid to erase his name frm the history of nigeria futbal and also from d world of sport?
