So what if they're richer than coach? You mean the coach should descend so low and accept shit from d players just because they're richer? Yeah these players are not kids. But Enyeama is behaving like one here. In the book of Sir Alex Ferguson he said discipline is the most important aspect of his philosophy and he said even if you're the most talented and you're not ready to abide by this you're out! A player shouldn't be greater or more powerful than the coach or the team. Cheers.

stop being mischievous. you should know that I meant to type oliseh in my previous postulations.

You are the one making a fool of yourself. These players are not kids. most of them are richer and more famous than oliseh would ever be. The only thing keeping them under is their patrotism for the country. Because you are the coach does not give you the impetus to threat them like kids.

Have u heard anywhere in the world where the captain of a team was disbanded with his prior knowledge?

You made the wrong analogy. in coaching, respect is mutual. If you lord it over your players, they would lose respect for you, rebel against you and you would get sacked.....who's the master then?

Oliseh bleeped big Time and should be ready for the consequences to come. I Don't see him lasting any longer on that seat.

you instill discipline by respect. Not by brash punishment. Have you ever seen Sir Alex disband his captain without first discussing about his decision with the captain in question? What oliseh Did was not discipline. It is pure witch-hunting and you know that.

His Mother died... that is enough reason for Oliseh to be considerate.

You are right about that absolutely. No one knows what really transpired. Vincent is the only one speaking now and that may tend to put Oliseh in bad light. But you know, whatever hapenned to Vincent, he would still need to carry the coach along. That a man is sick does not mean he should not tell his boss in the office that he wont be able to come to work!

I sympathise with Vincent...I do, but he is the only one speaking now. This kind of matters are not resolved in the social media!

If I was him that will be the honourable thing to do, Oliseh will definitely regret this sad

We never had it so good with Vincent Enyeama. Who brought this manboy to coach our super eagles, the guy doesnt mean well for Nigeria. Just imagining him saying our preseident has appointed minister so he has apointed a captain, who the hell is he to single handedly change a skipper who made him big boss no way this is going to be costly on our team, the moral must be very low. I know Mikel,Emenike wont take this lying low, if they can do it Enyeama then based on his lame excuse of retiring footballers. Mikel and Emenike are next on his hit list. They will soon leave the team for him let him go and bring his half cast oyinbo players and keepers. Bulshit. Those the gods want to destroy they first make them mad. Which kind thing be this now

Vincent Enyeama remain one of the best player that I cherish and I respect a lot but with this decision shows his no longer the humble Vincent Enyeama I hold on high esteem. You should have apologize to Oliseh and continue with your life. You made the biggest mistake to tell the whole media what happened in the camp. The great David Beckham suffered more than this in the hands of Sir Alex Ferguson and he never open up to the media what broke his nose till date. Wish you the best my good keeper.
you best keep quit, you can't be mor Catholic than the pope, just wish him well in is decision.

Welldone oo oliseh broda grin
danjaba:

This guy Enyeama dedicated his times for the Eagles. Yes, his contribution won laurels for us. But at last...
Enyeama complained about the match venue of kaduna.
Enyeama was given a query which he tore it in the presence of Nigeria football officials in kaduna. Haba!!
Enyeama withdrew his passion for the National team when Stephen Keshi was sacked.
Enyeama behaved rudely to the Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh even when he came late to the camp.
Less we forget
Oliseh won Olympic Gold medal
Oliseh scored the winning goal against Spain in France 98
Oliseh doesn't take shit from anybody when it comes to football
Oliseh threatened to deal with the minister of sports then due to his interference in the Super Eagles matters
Oliseh cried in front of millions of people when Nigeria lost to Cameroon in AFCON 2000.
Oliseh head butted his club mate in Germany.
Nigerians want a patriotic and a discipline team.
Kudos to Sunday Oliseh. Keep it up man

Abeg make he go jare

Ahahaha... honestly some Nigerians forget so fast. The same messi that humiliated Alumina of Arsenal couldn't score even an offside against Eyeama then. I pray Nigerians praising Oliseh for this childish behavior don't regret it

It's advisable to leave while the ovation is loudest, not after you've been embarrassed and disgraced!

I think you should put yourself in his position and taste how it feels before saying that. Mothers death is not easy to forget. Oliseh could have acted wisely. Anyway I wish Enyeama well in his journey.

I understand what the guy is going through presently but he flames up the whole issue when Oliseh asked him to leave. He should have leave for the man instead of proving big boy which brought insult to him. He should have respect himself and talk to Oliseh when his temper has finally come down.

Before he became a Legend, he was a player in the local league, Adegboye Onigbinde picked him up and gave him his chance in 2002, there are a million Enyeamas in Nigeria, nobody is bigger than the team, nobody is indispensable.

My name is Ashley Thomas and I base in USA…“My life is back!!! After almost a year of Broken Relationship, my girlfriend left me with a broken heart. I felt like my life was about to end i almost committed suicide,i was emotionally down for a very long time. Thanks to a spell caster called Dr Uzor, which i met online. On one faithful day, as I was browsing through the internet,I came across a lot of testimonies about this particular spell caster. Some people testified that he brought their Ex lover back,Ex Husband Pregnancy,Cure Cancer,HIV AIDS,And other Sickness, some testified that he can cast a spell to stop Divorce and so on. i also come across one particular testimony,it was about a man called Luke John, he testified about how he brought back his Ex lover in less than 48hours, and at the end of his testimony he dropped Dr Uzor’s E-mail address , After reading all these,I decided to give it a try. I contacted him and explained my problem to him, and he assured me that i will get my girlfriend back in the next 48hours.What an amazing statement!! I never believed,so he spoke with me,and told me everything that i need to do,Then the next morning, So surprisingly, my girlfriend who didn’t call me for the past (11 Months),gave me a call in just 2 days, my girlfriend came back to me. We solved our issues, and we are even happier than before. Dr Uzor is really a gifted man and i will not stop publishing him because he is a wonderful man. Do you know that coaches are meant to be professional too? was oliseh professional in handling the captaincy issue? Have you seen any coach that just comes to the camping ground to announce that he is changing his captain with immediate effect?

one flaw led to the other But oliseh should have know better.

Coach is like a boss, players are like employees...
You dont argue with your boss...

Enyeama was late to camp and should have been humble rather ge lets his ego to cloud his judgements..

Enyeama knows very well he couldn't try that shìt at his club... No coach would take that shìt from his players... Ferguson benched Rooney when he was stubborn, LVN did the same too, Mourinho refused to sign his countryman Quaresma because he wasn't executing his instructions, offloaded his country man Bosingwa..
So shut up Coaches gotta do what they gotta do to maintain sanity in the team
