The ambassador for "I accept defeat".
Dont you think "I accept defeat" is what we are celebrating today. For Commonwealth, a group of countries under former British colony, including countries in Asia and Europe to invite our dear former president! I better accept defeat to gain such an international reputation!

How the heck is this good news to me when I didn't see it as such when Obj did it several times in the past?? This is another instance of you nutcases showcasing your mediocrity.

Oga, it is friday night. You should go out and have some little fun. After all the hatred throughout the week, it is only normal one took some time out to let off steam, but being the deadbeat whose life depends on Nairaland, you still had to hang in here and show the world what a miserable slouth you are.

Odefolio jatijati. You lot should go get some girlfriend and act like normal men for a Change .

Though I'm not his fan but I respect him for carrying out electoral reform as started by Late President Yardaua. This reform cost him the presidency. He accepted defeat before announcement of the official results, that's great. Obj who is now a progressive was the master rigger who couldn't have allowed electoral reform if he was in gej shoes. It still baffles me why Nigerians have not seen obj for whom he is.
God bless Nigeria.
We in the southwest have always known obj for whom he is;we rejected him at the polls severally but the north and east loved him until he went against gej

Good name is better than Silver and Gold. One very good blessing about Jonathan is that his name is written in the annals of the country, as a former President. Some people never get to that level in their lifetime.

Former president Goodluck Jonathan merits this mission. He advanced and deepened our democracy so very well.
If Jonathan wasn't a democrat he would long have found a way to remove Jega before that election. Because every report pointed to the fact that with Jega at Inec at that point he was going to lose. For some reasons best known to him (call it weakness or whatever), he allowed Jega to be and sort of allowed himself to lose the election. By peacefully handing over, he scored a very great point there too. Buhari would neither allow a Jega to be there at that crucial point in time nor accept defeat like Jonathan, Obasanjo wouldn't do that either, am not sure I would do it if am there anyway. So for Jonathan to have done it, he deserves all the accolade and respect for this gesture as he is getting by being sent on this mission instead of Obasanjo the founder of Do or Die politics.

Johnathan such an honorable man he conceded nicely because he was out-rigged.
What an honorable man who called orubebe to scatter the collation of election results.

Buhari to 6 months of hardship, world tour,no minister,a dying government, keep hating, you and your generation can never reach that man half, face the facts
I do not claim to love this government as yet. So you may want to calm down before you burst an artery. Do you recall the immigration recruitment scam and deaths?! I wonder if anyone has been held accountable till date. Government indeed!!!! What is bad is bad.
