Sorry to divert a little, a NEPA staff once said that the person in charge of control room dictate supply of power to communities and at times. If they don't send him recharge card, he wouldn't switch on the supply of power. At times he sells power to other commodities that bribe him. What is your say on this?

This is very true in Agungi, Lekki where I live for some strange reason our transformer develops fault every weekend (starting precisely from Friday evening) and is miraculously resolved on Monday afternoon like clockwork. This is the same thing every public holiday.
