About twenty years ago, I dated a lady named Bukola. Seeing each other was not an easy task because as at then, there was nothing like BBM, whatsapp, nairaland, 2go, facebook, etc, still we had regular communication. More so, there was nothing like Mr Fans, Mr Biggs, Sweet Sensation and the likes, so our rendezvous was usually under a mango tree adjacent to the town square

We were so much in love with each other that I thought that only death could separate us. Unknown to me that I was actually sleeping on a moving okada. What did I not do for this girl?. Gave my school fee to her when in need just to show my undying love to her, bought her set of panties while I was walk-bouncing the street with only one boxers

As at then, Peaujout 504 was the dream car of every young man and there was this dude (name withheld) whose head looks exactly like Badagri coconut. This dude was always disturbing Bukola as if his life depended on her. (Guys I guess you know how intimidating it is when you are riding a bicycle and someone using a car, is wooing your babe)


On different occasion, I have warned this guy to desist from my babe but he wouldn't just listen. It got to a stage that I challenged this dude and engaged in a physical combat with him before Bukola waved goodbye to me

As greediness will have its way. I was returning from a job interview when I got the shock of my life.
