SweetSoup:Lolz ignorance on display!!! No matter what the appeal court rules,no action will be taken until the appeal and supreme courts affirms the judgement. So unless the appeal court affirms the CCT ruling, whatever they have been doing would just ne sheer waste of time. |

chukwudi44:Don't mind the ignoramus. He thought he had hit up on a light bulb, only to discover in the fullness of time, that he actually hit a deflated balloon. The APC sycophantic zombies are always too slow upstairs. |

I don't need to be a lawyer to know that Saraki will have his day at the CCT in two days time. The appeal court declined on the judgement which means the CCT is well in order to proceed with the 3day trial. God bless Nigeria. |

| Re: Judgement In Saraki’s Appeal Adjourned Indefinitely by Rexology: 3:43pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
4bobo:Tribunal CANNOT sit to hear the case until Appeal Court give their judgment. It would amount to 'judicial abomination' for an inferior court like CCT to sit side by side with a Superior court like Appeal Court on the same matter. This is because Appeal court had entertained the case and reserved its judgment. Therefore the hands of CCT is tied on this case for now. |

FOLYKAZE: ![]() I am very sure you would prefer a different scenario than is playing out. So a white paper from a judicial panel of inquiry is the same to you as petition on the pages of newspaper? OK lets assume for a moment that it is. Did you ever call Jonathan weak, or corrupt for refusing to arrest anyone who was accused on the pages of newspaper? Did you ever say he was abating corruption? |

| Re: Judgement In Saraki’s Appeal Adjourned Indefinitely by Rexology: 3:47pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
akinsbaba2015:You are wrong... CCT hands are tied by this latest development at Appeal Court. As long as the judgment is pending, everything regarding the matter MUST be put on hold. |
| Re: Judgement In Saraki’s Appeal Adjourned Indefinitely by FOLYKAZE(m): 3:50pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
agabaI23:Judicial Panel of inquiry inititated by Wike is dead on arrival because it is biased and one sided. What happened to FFK case? And you said I should lash GEJ? Even his homebro agrres he is weak like phck |
| Re: Judgement In Saraki’s Appeal Adjourned Indefinitely by agabaI23(m): 3:53pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
FOLYKAZE:Can you answer my question before you ask me a question? Well if you think he is weak, then Buhari is also weaker for not arresting these people based on media petition. What did you vote for then? Changi? Go get yourself orijin and chill out bro |

Saraki will be regretting by now the day he decided to join apc and support tinubu and co |

donphilopus:Still not different from what the PDP had been doing from 1999 to 2015, active on some, passive on others to create or entrench particular interests. The last time I can remember the CCT in the public eye was the Tinubu trial. Nothing since then and nothing else since the Saraki saga began. Is the tribunal therefore not a political tool. Is that institution not the same under both regimes. Let's see how many other cases they handle between now and 2019. |

Editor1:That is a silly bargain that can only happen in the mind of Editor in Chief. Ministerial confirmation has never being a problem in Nigeria |
| Re: Judgement In Saraki’s Appeal Adjourned Indefinitely by Rexology: 3:59pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
ziccoit:You are really funny. Its only a higher COURT that can determine when and where a Judge erred in law, definitely not PMB. |

| Re: Judgement In Saraki’s Appeal Adjourned Indefinitely by Rexology: 4:08pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
ExInferis:You are wrong... it would amount to judicial crisis should CCT go ahead to sit on the same matter that is pending in Appeal Court. As long as Superior court have entertained the case, CCT MUST wait for the pending judgment by Appeal Court. |
| Re: Judgement In Saraki’s Appeal Adjourned Indefinitely by UAdonis(m): 4:09pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
midolian:Saraki thought he would extricae justice at the back door without knowing that the federal govt is in total control of the judiciary. Saraki must be jailed for his financial atrocities. |
| Re: Judgement In Saraki’s Appeal Adjourned Indefinitely by ziccoit: 4:11pm On Oct 19, 2015 |
Rexology:I laugh. Have you ever heard about federal judicial service commission before? It regulates the judiciary and punish any erred judge. You sit tight the moment you know your activities are under watch and you would be punished for errors intentionally committed. |
