Missy, I can't seem to download the software update from the infinix mobility site instead it takes me to this page (image attached) each time I try to download. Thing is, my phone's rooted and couldn't install the recent update even after successfully changing Kinguser to SuperSU and thereabout unrooting fully, it still showed the “error” notif while trying to update almost half way through. Had to remove and reinsert my battery before it turned on after which I no longer saw again the update icon at the top bar of my phone. Any solution please?

II loaded NGN500 and text A1 to 131 and got 1GB MTN Data as advertised, but is it just me or has anyone also noticed that the burn rate for this data is much faster than that of conventional Subscriptions? I contacted MTN but they denied this.

Why not try downloading to a laptop or desktop computer? Downloading on your phone may not work as some sites are not suitably adapted for such.

I have a problem with my Infinix Hot 2, in the preferred SIM selection option, there is no option for the phone to ask me which SIM I intend to use before each calls. Now I'm forced to choose between SIM A or B and stocked with it to make all calls. Is anybody having this issue and what's the way out to be able to choose the SIM (A or B) before each calls.

I don't know of any way you can do that except by keep selecting "always" instead of "Just Once" each time it pops up. Or just delete other browser app

this works on the android one ROM. enter options in the phone app, select settings then calling accounts, choose "make calls with". The rest is pretty obvious.

The problem I'm having now is that the option to always ask to me which SIM to select prior to making each calls does not appear in the option list. Here is a screenshot of what I'm encountering (for Calls, Data and SMS). The funny thing is that when I first got the phone, I have the option, but after the update before the last, that option seems to have disappeared from the settings.
