Sincerely we don't know what to believe. You stated you'd work as a civil servant for 12 years, now it's oil company manager turned communication guru. You have built your foundation on lies. I hope you're not on a 10 years ban. Like I said you'll keep dashing free money to Her Majesty Queen if you won't listen to people here.

Give a comprehensive details of your previous refusals. This will help.

If you're applying in October, you should print out 6 Months statement of account from May-October which is the standard for UK visa application.

THESES ARE THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS I HAVE.

letter of sponsorship
letter of introduction

And my wife and son are in the uk without a uk visa though my son has a Nigerian passport. what should I do when am filling the application form about my marital status? Am legally married to my wife in the uk

Did you travel to the U.k on tier 1 visa with your wife and son and returned to Nigeria without them when your visa expired?

Submit your salary account but I'm surprised that a state govt gave you their bank statement rather than a letter confirming their support and sponsorship

Hello to d gurus...@ worry,@ lawyer,Justwise,O green...
I need ur help in making my second application in order not to fail.
I applied in Feb this year and was refused ,the ECO stated that:::
(1)I have not provided evidence that I am in receipt of my stated income(150k),that my personal bank statement mainly shows deposits, which are sometimes in excess of my stated income,&.that I have not submitted sufficient documents evidence of my reported earnings....
(2):stated that I failed to evidence that my business is legitimately generating a turn over that would credibly provide me with the stated income furthermore that d fund held in my account are also required as operating Capital which further limits proposed expenditure without damaging my business.

i am a trader in aluminium products with a monthly take home from 140 to 150k or more depend on sales as monthly income.but I use d same account for all my transaction though I pay in 150k as income monthly along side with other transactions & as at then I have 450k as balance in d savings account that I submitted. And £3000 in my dom acct.
So I was refuse becos my account was full of deposit

Now, I changed my circumstances by paying only my income in d said savings account till date
I also just got my buz registered just 2 month ago.....but I have been trading since last year...
I now have a corporate account where transaction money are deposited.
Hoping to pay 2 month salary /income from it to my savings acct before application, note that my income has been regular since feb.
Presently I have a little above 1million in my savings and about 600k in my buz acct.pls what else will I be needing to proof my income as I know I am to correct what d eco stated.i believe with your help and advise I can nail it...bless y'all

Your chance of getting the visa is very high.

You have a sponsor (Government) therefore your salary account balance is inconsequential since you're not paying for the trip. The ECO will only be focused on your monthly salary payments.

Fill your application properly especially the "Income and Expenditure" and you'll be fine.

Good thing you know why you were refused. Separate your Business account from your salary account, avoid money lodgements in its entirety, keep contract documents, receipts, invoices, pay tax and vat.

My advise is to grow your business and pay your monthly salary of N140k from your business account at the end of every month for at least 6 months as a requirement to meet up with the UKBA standard for statement of account.

If your sister is providing accommodation. She needs to send you her Mortgage Bill, utility bill, copy of her passport data page with clear evidence of her immigration status in the UK. A letter of invite clearly stating that she will accommodate and provide feeding for the duration of your stay.

On your own part as a business owner, you'll provide the following documents to proof your ties to Nigeria.

Business Registration Cert
Tax Clearance Cert
Company's Statement of Account
Salary Statement of Account
Marriage Cert
Child Birth Cert
Personal Income Tax Card

Your problem is that you don't want to listen. I was once in this same position, but was never desperate.

Let me explain my situation;

In 2013 I established communication with Justwise and other gurus, submitted an application in a hurry and I was refused.

See refusal letter for your perusal. I studied it carefully and worked out my flaws.

ECO's decision.

•You are self employed and in support of this claim you have submitted various documents which I have considered (Registration of Business Certificate, trade invoices and bank statements). Furthermore you claim to receive N410,000 (£1640) per month. However you have failed to substantiate that your business generates your claimed income.

•I also note that you propose to spend £1900 on your proposed visit this figure is greater than your monthly income, which you have failed to substantiate in this application. I do not consider your proposed expenditure on a one week visit to be commensurate to your personal and financial circumstances. In particular given the fluctuations of balance reflected in your account and the fact that you have three dependents to support.

•In view of the above, your apparent lack of preparation for your visit and the unsatisfactory evidence you have submitted in regards to your financial circumstances, I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a general visitor for a limited period as stated by you, not exceeding 6 months, nor am I satisfied that you intent to leave the UK at the end of the period of the visit as stated by you. 41(i)(ii)

•I have refused your application because I am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you meet all of the requirements of the relevant paragraph of the UK immigration rules.

After I read the refusal letter written in clear English , I knew something was wrong with my finances. Separated my business account from my personal/salary account and was never in a hurry to travel out. Grew my business for another 2 years, gathered contract papers, award letters from Government and came back in 2015 to justwise and gurus on how to go about my next application, Ogreene tutored me on "Income and Expenditure"

My documents were overwhelming and I was so confident that I said to myself "ECO sef go bow"

My brother, it's very simple. If you're not ready to listen to people here. Your application will be dump in the shredding machine.

The UKBA does not care how many times you've been refused.

Until you get it right, DON'T open the UKBA website, except it's your wish to dash the UK Government money.

Seven refusals !!!! and you keep paying fees to the UK?? Your daddy must be Dangote.
You must realize that you have almost certainly received a ban for submitting false documents
Yet you have not checked to find out?

YOU must check if you have been banned before wasting any more money.

Can you scan copy of your last refusal letter to know if you're on a ban? Having said that why did change your DOB from 1957 to 1958?

If you're not on a ban. You'll have to go through the legal system for correction.

The balance or otherwise of your account is not relevant. Its just to show that you work for the state and salaries are paid. Its left for the sponsorship letter to show enough proof that it will cover your costs.
