Secondly, the Nigerian constitution is not youth friendly! No 19 year old can ever become a common ward councillor in this current political dispensation. This is because the constitution has limits on age! These limits must be revisited. A 21 years old, I believe, is mature enough to lead, at least at the local level. We need a change! Our Youths must arise and demand to be allowed participation in active partisan politics by vying for positions!!!
