The highly emotional nature of Igbos is why other tribes take them for a ride. First it was Tonyebarcanista who used them to achieve fame on NL by fooling them with a Lower Niger congress which they thought was equivalent to Biafra. They did everything possible to support him by giving him likes and shares which enabled his post hit front page. The moment he realised that they wanted something in return which is having his oil and land as theirs, he quickly made his true colours known to the deceived lots by spelling out boundaries to them. They now hate him like poo cos they have been dumped. It's so sad that these same people are willing to go on thesame journey. Look at the way they are happy about cramjones post, a person known to have lost relevance now trying to ride on the emotions of igbos back to usefulness. Say something good about biafra and watch how Igbos will love you and forgive you for your past sins on them just as they currently see FFK as a reasonable hero, a man who lambasted them during the deportation saga by telling them the amount of Igbo prominent ladies he's bedded. Igbos should know that it is not everyone that shouts biafra that is truly in support of it. GEJ used it to buy their votes. Asari dokubo used it to buy their allegiance and now FFK and Kemi olunloyo who are confirmed Igbo haters are beginning to use thesame rhetoric to score cheap. All these people are PDP goons and PDP is a party that is all about division. They have infiltrated Afenifere and PDP and her using it to clamour for a yoruba secession. But yorubas aren't fools cos they know who they are. They remember their exploits during the election period and the stand they took. They are pro-PDP and yoruba nation is not. Igbos should pls think. |

Candyrain:All of u clamoring for biafra are jobless and don't have anything doing like Director.. those big players who have a stake and businesses spread across Nigeria knows the loss they will incur if It's ever happens.. reason why the clamour is from the bottom (low class ) and not the top. If u don't know the losses the igbos incurred after the civil war then read the aftermath of the biafran war. don't come here and start running ur mouth like u matter. cos ur opinion will start and end here online... and seun will push back this topic to the back (dust ) once new ones are created. last bullet: we are better off as one... make good of ur life and become relevant. |

EternalTruths:In other words, the invasion of Benin and Ore and the resulting atrocities were justified (simply because they were supply routes) but those atrocities committed by the Nigerian troops are the only evil deeds. Many Biafrans were happy with the state burial given to Ojukwu while some people are asking Gowon to be taken to ICC. What hypocrisy! |

imsuboi:Don't tell me you expect US to fold its arms after Japan attacked Pearl harbor. Is nuclear Bomb good? No I don't support it but in hindsight, it probably was the best option considering the technology available at that time. So, the wise one, do you mind suggesting a better alternative? Its easy to criticize and call people names. But if you don't have any better alternative/suggestion (in the given scenario) you better shut the fvck up. |

gists:So, if your wife decides to leave, you'll poison or starve her to death? What are you saying? Is it by force? The biafrans decided to leave, what's wrong with that? |

Saw a map of the proposed biafra with a part of Benue state which is in the North Central included and i laughed. NOTE: No Biafran should nurture the hope of including any part of Benue how ever small into this biafran project or else We'll show everyone once again how we denied Usman Danfodio entry into our land years ago and how we changed the course of the civil war.. Nigeria may be a zoo but we are the lions of this zoo... |

FREEDOM4BIAFRA:my wife is free to leave, if she will not ask me for food and their is no way for me to starve her because she is self reliant. But she'll be fo0lish to leave if she is a housewife without any means of supporting herself and still want sustenance from me. BTW this is not a husband-wife situation. Its more like an employer-employee relationship. If an employee wants to leave a company, why on earth does he still want to be paid salary from the same company he just left? |

@OP; and all the "one Nigeria" chanters, why are you all recklessly determined on retaining your slave name (Nigerian), given to you by a strange Oyibo woman? Even your usage of so-called official language (English) is not recognize by neither the English law nor the British law books, in fact no African country is recognized by it! What is bloody wrong with the "black" man? ![]() |

FREEDOM4BIAFRA:I think you are getting things twisted. I never said you want anything from Nigerian and I didn't say Nigeria should "call out a war against them". What I said is that I heard a conversation between 2 igbo guys in a taxi. One of them made a point that the Igbos were not prepared for the war they started. he went further to buttress his point that why should the biafrans expect food from Nigeria that she is waging war against. If they were prepared for it, they wouldn't need Nigerian money which they stole from the CBN to finance the war. A simple change of currency and food blockade (both of which Biafra fo0lishly still depended on Nigeria to provide) won the war for Nigeria. It showed they were not prepared for the war and it cost them greatly. Sadly, it looks as if the lessons of that war has not been learnt. |

gists:Bros, your clueless is legendary. Who told you Nigeria was feeding biafrans ? Nigeria only through the help of britain blocked the international humanitarian agencies from bringing in food and medicine into biafra. Such action amount to war crime dunce. Gowon is a war criminal |

If Biafra could wage war with the Nigerian army for 3years +, 40 years ago using cutlass, Dane guns and locally fabricated detonating device I wonder what will happen now that the average igbo man of fighting age can conveniently purchase AK 47 rifle. |
