This show maybe a ticking time bomb in your own view, because you ain't a liker of Dc obviously, but for me it's the best, I'm both fan of marvel and Dc but I started loving DC more since the inception of the flash, and i think Dc would be beyond The marvel in the future

In terms of success? In terms of quality? Marvel is miles ahead.
And you thinking one is gonna be better than the other,not based on actual facts,but because you loved a Tv show(although Marvel produced a top-notch series called Daredevil,that when compared,turns The Flash success into child's play) makes me more or less take you seriously.

I do enjoy watching most DC shows,but I'm not a sucker for watching crappy tv shows,especially one with lazy writing,cheesy acting,bad humour,whose targeted audience is teenage girls.

to be candid daredevil was totally unmitigated, nugatory and extremely boring to some extent, that sometimes I usually get sleepy while watching it, mehn this is just the beginning.

Coz i thought the idea of coming up with "Man of Steel" was to kind of reboot the Superman plot from "Superman Returns".

I remember the James Olsen dude telling Kara the first thing Superman did was save a plane(Superman Returns).

Now my question is why they are following the Superman Returns plot instead of the Man of Steel plot??

I watched the pilot when it was leaked and to be honest, it was utter crap. The show was rushed i.e kara didn't waste time in telling her friend that she is Supergirl and the costume design was instant, wtf? The Kara in Smallville was much better than this one that thinks she's funny. Like someone pointed out, this show is directed towards teenage girls and tykes cos it sucks a55!

And why it isn't using the Man Of Steel plot is because Warner Bros/DC is keeping their cinematic and tv universe seperate.

Statistically, teenagers watch more movies and TV shows than adults, so yeah,it stands to reason that many would tune in to see the premiere of Supergirl. However, numbers don't tell the whole story... sometimes.

I have o say this show has really survived the first episode. Its not great........yet! But its getting there.
I just dont like the fact that she's taking orders from the DEO. Supergirl shouldn't have to answer to anyone
