Register on taobao with Google Chrome and use your log in details to log in on 1688.
Just ensure your chrome translates the language and follow the instructions.

Thanks for your reply, I actually used Google has you stated and it's translate to English, I click on d register and it took me to a page where i chose Nigeria and i input my phone number and d code shown on d screen and dat is all, my problem nw is dat I guess a code should be sent to my phone number but I can't get any code.
