Well I have confirmed you were last in Port Harcourt during Amaechi's 1st tenure. No wonder you thought Aba Road is the only wide Road in Port Harcourt.

Good you've posted the ugly entrances which are not even inside Enugu as the photo shows. They serve as entrances into Enugu.

Airforce flyover today is a 3 wing interchange. It was redesigned and reconstructed by Amaechi led Government.

If you have really been to Port Harcourt, you'll realise many neighbourhoods have underground drainages, walkways and streetlights in addition to marking. You got it wrong. Its Olu Obasanjo Road and its as wide as the widest Road in Enugu.
