Gen Yakubu Gowon tried in pulling Nigeria together as one but failed to make sure his family is one. His son was a drug lord in the USA and was in jailed for 22 years. Obama just released some days back. What kind of leaders do we have in this country?

Biafra asking for self determination will provoke you to war? You claim to be the Pharaoh holding Israelites against their will & against the will of God. Your time is up, expect the diseases of the Egyptians in your land.

UK are not demons to themselves but Nigeria was supported in weapons and intelligence by the British in Nigerian civil war... that is not a civil war that is just cheating...

My question to all Nigerians including Igbos is this - if Nigeria is one, if really Igbos are welcome, why does the hausa, fulani and yoruba hate the Igbos?
Just give me one reasonable reason why we the Igbos won't agitate for freedom. angry

Here are three reasons:

ARROGANT
PUSHY
SELF-CENTERED

Satisfied?

I have answered this question, numerous times on this thread... I am very much happy with being dumped into the River Niger or any other place... Dead is natural... we live, we die... it is life!

Kai, nigeria problem seems to be an everlasting one.

God knows when this country would overgrow the issue of "one nigeria" thing.

Credible democracy is the answer. It would forge and compel unity by working together of different sections of the country to achieve their parties' aim.

The war is over....but the cause of the war....Nigeria's chop chop mentality....lives on.

You know...there would have been no war if Nigerians had not decided to think that the road to development lies with how many of your kinsmen are in office.

No...development means using what you have to solve your problems.

But Nigerians prefer to chop and chop.....not to work.

There is a reason why blacks appear backward. And it is not because of low IQ.

If d scots ae fooolish enough to invade other parts of d UK then d UK ll throw bombs at them! We re waitin for Biafra to start their invasion! If dey declare Biafra Republic only in their 5 eastern states, and remain landlocked, we jus might let them be! The mistake they ll make is for dem to touch any my states in d SS! Then they ll get bombed!

well, thanks for the advise... but we share different opinions and outlooks on it. it is war, and I understand the implications of putting myself or my family in this scenario... however, it doesn't change my the facts as I have stated previously... in war people die, I could die, my family could die but so could any other people involved in the war! everything runs on probabilities...

my analysis of this second civil war is it is not going to happen, I hope you are glad about that! because I really don't get what is so bad about taking pictures in a civil war!
