Do not tell me that shít, even though I knew you're going to say it!

Someone can't be responsible for almost 50% of your progress and you deny him his right just because you chose to call him minority.
It's an ignominious hypocrisy and a case of of unaddressed injustice and suppression that a minority is feeding a majority who has chosen to die rather than let that minority, for once, lead the majority they're feeding.
That shít you typed there, you shouldn't let sensible people read it if you still want your dignity preserved.

Let me assume you're married, as a man, you're supposed to be the breadwinner and you've been discharging your duties diligently, how would you feel when people say your wife or your children are the head of your family?

What I typed stands!

You can preach that to the fulani hegemony that has kept this country down for years.

Political offices are not given, they are taken. What you see as political servitude, others see as political compromise, which happens to be the most potent tool in politics.
Arrogance and politics don't work together, Igbos are naturally arrogant.

Good post for all my Igbo brothers that have eyes to read and can understand.

Should it be affirmed biafra provoke a conflict the Nigeria Govt should level the entire 5 Biafran states like the USA did to Iraq n subjugate its entire population forcing them to sign a plebiscite criminalising the agitation for Biafra ever again. Chikena.

Lol! The same Nigeria that couldn't fight Cameroon to retrieve Bakassi, the moment she learnt that the French was backing Cameroon and the British refused to help her( Nigeria). She( Nigeria) recoiled and surrendered Bakassi simply because she couldn't get the backing of colonial Britain, when peeps say Nigeria remain a colonial contraption, ignorant ones wonder why.

The same Nigeria that can't defeat BH, a ragtag group.

The same Nigeria that can't manufacture any weapon but is on her knees trotting around the globe begging for weapons?

Some people are just plain silly, this is not 1967, this is 2015, if you think you are going to have monopoly of weapons like you did in 1967 , you must be dreaming.

The world has changed, even your Nigerian leaders know that, that's why they are threading carefully.

Gone are the days when Nigeria was the numero uno in Africa and all in OAU was scared of her, South Africa is already in the picture now, China is a rising global power

The dynamics at play have changed, and sensible minds can discern that.

Nigeria must shrink the number of states in the North East to just two states, and increase that of SE to atleast six. That's justice.

I completely agree with the above if the SS that generate over 40% of Nigeria revenue is given 15 states followed by the SW with second largest contribution with 12 states then the NC which contribute third largest with 10 states the SE which contributed the 4th as all the right to 6 or 7 states but will that be acceptable to the Igbos I doubt.

They would rather believe they deserve a preference which no other should be able to access. Where this sense of false importance originate from is what I do not understand.

Pazienza or whatever makes little sense, federal government allocation is different from internal generated state income. A state in the north alone is bigger than all the south eastern states added together.......population wise, they are at least twice that of the SE.......as usual that guy makes no sense... cheesy

How exactly does SW( sans Lagos which is a federal region ) or NC make more contributions than SE.

The SE IGR is greater than those of NC and SW( sans Lagos).

There is no need for this long story. When the heeebos get their Biafra, they can create as much as 100 states out of it, we dont care. What we care about however, is that they must all go back to heeeboland. Biafra republic must be actualised by fire by force

Biafra: 9 Facts You Should Know About The Biafra Republic

(1) Biafran agitation has nothing to do with hydrocarbon crude oil deposits in Niger Delta. Imo, Abia, Anambra are currently oil producing states in Nigeria, with huge natural gas reserves not forgetting the enormous untapped coal deposits in Enugu.

(2) Biafra is not land-locked. It has numerous access to the sea, including through the River Niger.

(3) Biafra entire population is about 60 million people which is greater than the population many advanced countries in Western Europe, including Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, Austria….etc

(4) Biafra does not or in any form signify war, violence, armed struggle or any sort of physical confrontation. BIAFRA IS NOT WAR! It simply means political, economic and socio-cultural freedom from a feudalist State ruled by terrorists and Jihadists.

(5) Biafra is not a call for massive exodus to Igbo land. Put differently, every Igbo or Biafran must not live in Biafra land. Those who wish could still maintain their residency wherever they are as well as own properties anywhere in the world, including Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, Abeokuta…etc.

(6) Independent and sovereign Biafra will never translate to loss or forfeiture of landed properties of her citizens in Lagos, Abuja or anywhere in Nigeria. There are many domestic and international treaties, conventions and laws that protects Assets of non-citizens everywhere in the World, that will apply appropriately.

(7) The NEW BIAFRA shall be a coalition of desirous and willing ethnic nationalities in defunct Eastern Nigeria and would never be a forceful annexation of any unwilling ethnic nationality within its current geo-political definition. Ijaws, Ogonis, Ibibio, Anangs, Efiks, Ogojas, and host of other ethnic minorities shall possess the privilege to decide whether to tango politically with their Igbo brethren or go their own separate ways or remain part of current structural deficient Nigeria.

(VIII) Biafra is a train of peace and liberty. A desire for liberation from institutionalised stumbling blocks like quota system and federal character principles in Nigeria’s quasi-unitary society. It is a movement against internal colonialism, tribal gang-ups, economic marginalisation and political subjugation of Igbo and ethnic minority neighbours.

(9) It has nothing to do with hate, bigotry or ethnic chauvinism. Just a desire to live in a healthy society where your tribe, tongue, religion or creed does not define who you are or how far you would go in your career.

You're mischievous!

When I said a different country is better than Nigeria I didn't mean only Igbos, other ethnic groups that feels marginalised are better off in a country of their own than seeking to produce a Nigeria president.

Democracy is a rule of the majority of course, but with the interest of the minority.
Have Nigerians done anything satisfactory on the interest of those minorities their lands are being degraded?

Your Texas and Alaska example are utterly distorted and in apt. Is Nigeria a true federal state? Texas and Alaska controls more than 65% of their resources Unlike Nigeria where states producing crude oil have no say after receiving just a paltry 13% derivation. Texas is responsible for what happens in Texas, their is little federal parasitic installations. Your comparison of USA, a migrant nation with Nigeria says a lot about your intelligence, nobody is being considered a minority in America politically, unlike Nigeria, any state can can produce a president. #nominoritystate

If the argument is foolish to you that means it's either you understood it in a foolish way or you lack common sense.

And please, don't quote me to display more of your unbridled ignorance.

5 N 6. As a Nigerian this is not acceptable to me. It's a call no Biafra will have a say on. If Biafra is to come to fruition. Biafrans can not decide to part ways with Nigeria n still dictate the terms of our relationship. 20 billions of your father dead n alive does not have such rights.

Lovely even though I do not see any other tribe complaining beside the Igbos. Fulani Ijaws are minorities and have produced the president of Nigeria.
