Since this is being ignored, let me reply as best as I can.

Firstly you're not alone, I applied with 2.2 and didn't get an invite. Sincerely, I can't say if it has to do with 2.2 or not.

But what i've noticed is most/all people on here that got the invite are currently employed one way or the other, so I think that was one of the criteria.

For the 2.2, like I said, I can't really say, unless someone with 2.2 that got the invite replies.

My younger sis finished with a 2.2, and she just did her 2nd stage interview yesterday. so my dear, it's not about your 2.2, but i think they took d age thingy (less than 30yrs) seriously, and then they considered those who are presently working as CS officers in banking and telecoms firstly b4 any other.

How do I know this, I am 31...have previous CS experience and applied, but i wasn't invited, however my sis who is 29 wt 2 yrs CS experience n counting in a bank was called. so take heart dear, good luck with other opportunities.

The basis for those selected for the 2nd stage was based on their customer service experience (mostly from telecoms, banking and power sector).

Like I said earlier, the second stage shouldn't be taken lightly just like the first stage because I know what I encountered on my stage interview for ESS position 5 months ago.

Please help inquire from your friends who are staff to help find out fro the HR, the precise date we will be invited for the next stage. This raises concern because there are people who completed their interviews in august or there about but have not resumed. They might just have interviewed us to keep in a pool till vacancies pop up. Hoping this is not the case though.
