* Ask for work from home.
* Meet during lunch time if offices are nearby.
* Think of working in the same company.

If the husband is capable enough to take are care of you, fine but for sense, it's not advisable. Soon, there will be element of see finish. I can ask my wife to quit her job if it's affecting the family, however, I will get her another one(job/business) that she must engage in. Not a lover of full house wife nor late night wife.
My kids will not suffer father's/mother's care in the name of job.

I can't quit my job just to spend time with wife because bills has to be paid ,but I can force her to stop if I have more than enough to take care of the family.
