I wonder where you are getting you own news from. So your own figure is 78 billion? Well, I don't blame those calling him drunkard because that's the only solace they have, they can never become governor in their life, and if they do, people will call them worse than drunkards. Everyone must not like the governor, no matter who you are or what you do, when you are on the mantle of leadership, people must call you names. Even if Jesus Christ Himself becomes the governor, some people would still call Him names. So what difference does it make?

Until the masses decide he is no longer competent, the few calling him names are just frustrated oppositions. Obiano is subject to impeachment if he fails Ndi Anambra.
