The OP na learner or JJC in Lagos, this is some kind of creche service, it have been in existence from time immemorial. It is called JELOSIMI (Let him/she go, so we can rest). Not everybody can afford all these private schools creche where parent pay exhorbitantly for kids just to sleep all day.
