You can avoid caffeine, food with plenty fats and salt, alcohol. a week or two before your period.

@ all I have evn paid 150+ to one ijaw woman for fibroid treatment, she charged me 220k and that was whn I was bleeding non stop for 1month+ and I was desperate to stop d bleeding cos it was affecting me @ work. She was able to give me herbs to stop the bleeding but d fibroid was not shrinking @ all and she was just asking for money every time. So I just have to stop the treatment o.

@precy22 methinks you should let this cycle go. Reinfection is worse than the first infection as the resistance gets tough. Finish your treatment as it might even be the cause of the delay. @4realwoman God is your strength. @iomoge2 cayenne pepper is used to reduce all kinds of bleeding. Though have actually not used it for such but noticed I bleed less if I cook with it during af. You can research more on that.

4realwoman. Have you seen a gynaecologist. If you have fibroid and it's symptomatic...like the excessive bleeding you are having, then something should be done medically or surgically.

As long as your bleeding is not due to other causes like Dysfunctional uterine bleeding --where there is no obvious cause and every other condition that results in abnormal bleeding has been ruled out.

See a Gynaecologist.

My sis may God helep us, there was these ijaw/urohbo woman at shasha Lagos that treated me when I have chronic PID, she charged me just 6k then for both the infection treatment and womb setting, she told me her charges for infertility is 30k, she will monitor you from the beginning of the cycle give you herb drink to aid ovulation, after ovulation she will give you another one to aid implantation. Though I only went there for PID.
