Preparations are in its final stages for the burial of the Awolowo matriarch -Chief HID Awolowo who will be finally laid to rest on Wednesday (tomorrow) in Ikenne, Ogun state. Here are some pictures from the Awolowo residence where mama's corpse has been lying-in-state since Nov 17..Meanwhile, the Ogun state government has directed that all markets and public schools in the Remo Zone of the state be closed to give her (Mrs Awolowo) a befitting burial.
