Does he display characteristics of an introvert? Not talking much, craving alone time, not loving social gatherings and being uncomfortable around people, that kind of thing? If he displays these characteristics then the issue is his personality. That's how he is wired. You shouldn't be worried, you just have to understand him. Don't push him to be more like you want him to.
I suspect you are an extrovert, so with time he would pick up a thing or two from you.

But despite their personality traits, introverts still have friends, not many, but few and they are more free and open around them.
So I am surprised you are saying he doesn't have any friends. It's rare to find an introvert that doesn't have at least one friend. Are you sure he doesn't have any friends at all?

I know I m not his main chick but his job is and I don't have problem with that.

Not that I know of. Its always from home to the office and back to the house. No friends ever come to vist except me or his mum.
