"Look our problems today is much more than
corruption. The way things are, I do not even care
about any corruption again, I have even began to
miss Jonathan's corruption. We need to reflate this
economy"
You see the mistake Buhari made was that unlike
his predecessors Gowon and Obasanjo he never
schooled himself after his overthrow. To the best
of my knowledge he went back to Daura to his
Cows neglecting to keep himself abreast with the
happenings in global political economics.

Joseph Edgar, having digest your write and comprehend the content, I discover that your write up is borne out conceit and full of sentiment.

Your profile reveals that u r an award investment banker, but the technicality and diversity of economy strategies of which u major is not reveal is your write-up.

Though person like u see nothing good in effort of people as long u remain a pessimistic person.

Anyway, suggest whenever u want to write or post sth on this nature on blog, u shld do it out pure conscience and not hatred for people postion.

in conclusion, Harry Marc says, " you don't judge performance of a govt at it commencement but towards the better part of the time that he has spent. Bro! Do jump into conclusion wait till when he has brought out what he's been keeping , then make ur judgement. Thank you.

You think you have a point now isn't it?
Did Buhari and APC not see how things are in Nigeria before they start to make all those bogus promises....even you dn't you see that the oil price is crashing before the election?
Secondly someone is making promises on how he will spend money when he assume office but he dn't tell you how he is going to realise this money, all you hear during his campaign is I will do this I will do that but you guyz that are blindly following him did not ask him how is he going to do it.....now I understand why he avoid that debate.
The truth of the matter is he and the Apc knew the problem Nig are facing before they run for the election so just tell them to get to work and stop all those lame excuses of 16yr misrule
Didn't dullardino talk about sure-p and savings only to go borrow. He cluelessly borrowed in addition to saving he wasted.

I have observed that the people crying these days like the OP are only those that are incapable of succeeding where things are done orderly. They can only thrive in a corrupt and disorderly system. Sorry OP those days are gone, learn to stay in the queue.

must everything be GEJ vs PMB to you? GEJ was a failure we know ...but the truth is that most of his efforts and good intentions for this country was sabotaged by those around him..people who put their pocket and personal interest first before the welfare of the nation.. GEJ fault was failure in calling them to order ...everyone stole and embezzled at will

fast forward to PMB ,a formal general who was feared and respected .more than 60% Nigerians cheered him on and pledged their support, he was loud in condemning the wastage and embezzlement under GEJ..he swore and promised to give Nigeria the change they needed ..he had all it takes to correct the past errors ASAP.. no one was calling him "that small boy of yesterday (like they did Jonathan in his cabinet) he had respect and he was feared .

almost 8 months into his administration nothing has changed to tell us he's working toward the desired and anticipated change ! he's now doing the same wastage he condemned the previous adminstration for ...he's slow and all his campaign promises are fast turning into a mirage ...I'll do this ,I'll do this ...no action half a year gone ...its still " I'll do this ,I'll do this... show us what he has done except travel from west Germany to Malta guiness

I hope I've been able to educate ur ignorant mind .

The article you're worshipping makes direct comparisons between GEJ and PMB. I follow in a similar vein and you're complaining. Is this hypocrisy or just plain foolishness?

The 'GEJ was a good man but surrounded by bad men' excuse is a hilarious now as at the first time I heard it from one of your fellow sycophants.

Buhari has been slow, but a far cry from the incompetence of the previous administration. People who are patriotic and have the true interest of the nation at heart know the rot the last president put this nation through...and rot and decay is not reversed overnight.

Given that the most notable event of the first few months of the GEJ presidency was exonerating MEND of complicity in the Independence Day bombing, i wonder how you have now learnt to be impatient cheesy

You and the author of the piece in the OP will receive a rude shock come 2019 cheesy

Child of hate, spare us ur bile. Buhari is not d Messiah, we all know!
Jona was a disaster! A world class disaster who was incredibly adept at protecting thieves, had incredibly bad disaster management and squandered an oil boom of 6 yrs.
I repeat: JONATHAN WAS A DISASTER!!!! Buhari is also evil but a lesser one

My Broda, what else can one say, from February 2016 Nigerians will see and know the horror of Poverty, that's when it will dawn on them the electoral error they embraced. Jonathan may not be a fantastic or highly intelligent leader, but he certainly in pole position than Buhari. WORSE can't be Better than BAD!
Re: Buhari's Incompetence: I Saw It -by Joseph Edgar by tete7000(m): 4:46pm On Nov 29, 2015
Was Buhari even a success in his first stint in office? Did Nigerians not rejoice when his removal from office was announced by Babangida then? Anyone who is interested can read IBB's inaugural speech. Even though IBB wasn't good, he gave Nigetians reasons why Buhari must go then and many were in agreement and happy with him. His reasons weren't different from what we see now.
Quite sadly years later the same rejected man was repackaged and sold to Nigerians and they chanted his name and bought him. How can any serious set of people accept a 'general' who couldn't produce a mere school certificate as a beacon of change? Who believed that a man who doesn't believe an apparent subsidy regime exist is a man to turn the petroleum sector around? How can an arrogant self righteous man who had shown total disrespect for the exalted office of the president various times in the past be the one people look for to end the moral corruption in our system? Only in Nigeria. A people they say deserve the leader they get. In a country where majority are myopic and mediocres you have mediocre for president. A country where 'professors' do not mind to vote for a man with tissue paper as certificate we got a Buhari. Tinubu boasted during the campaign that 'qualified or not qualified', 'certificate or no certificate' Buhari is the man. I shook my head in horror at those words and asked myself: is this how degenerated we have become that our politicians (the ones that are to come and improve our decadent education system) watered down academic importance during campaign and yet people continued to chant 'sai baba'. How sad. Men reap what they sow. It is time for us to live with the consequences of our collective decision.
