The law works against ONSA paying defense money extra budgetarily, and the person who instructed the NSA to effect the payment. The law is not against dokpesi collecting his pay from an agent of government so instructed.

Whether dokpesi actually did the work is between him and the PDP.

I'm not condoning dokpesi, but the bigger crime was perpetrated by whoever asked dasuki to pay dokpesi.

So PDP dipped hand inside the national treasury to fund their failed elections, Buhari has to recover that loot.

Raymond Dokpesi is different from Daar communication(AIT and Raypower). It's called entity concept. Daar communications is a publicly quoted company and monies that belong to it cannot be paid into the personal account of any of its director especially, a staggering sum of N2.1billion.
