I'm fine dear. Just got discharged from the hospital yday.
MS was really dealing with me. Had to be given some drips to increase hydration and injection too. I feel a bit better now. I'm just counting the weeks remaining till i enter 2nd trimester

Ewedu therapy is used for treating high prolactin.
its prepared by blending about N50 worth ewedu leaves with about a cup- a cup n half of water. add little crayfish to taste. no salt or any other seasoning or spice , take first ting in d morning. u can add 50mg vit b6 daily too, in addition to bromo/ parlodel.
its good to treat high prolactin in some cases after late miscarriage.
follicular phase is the 1st half of the cycle b4 ovulation where d follicles develop n are eventually released at ovulation. fruits/foods/supplements eat/take include watermelon. cucumbers. banana. grapefruit. almond nut. Tiger nut. /
beans. veggies. potatoes. yam. /
vitamin e. coq10. royal jelly. bee pollen. vit c. iron. calcium. magnesium. zinc. selenium. wild yam. red raspberry leaf. evening primrose oil. omega 3.6.9

Haba Teamie..you've reached the finish line..just a lil more patience ..baby will come when ready and fully baked ..besides are you a week past due date..if you aren't then chill now..and those calling you self should stop nau..naso e easy?just tell them you'll call when you've offloaded..just keep praying for an easy and safe delivery..that's what's most important..don't relent on your walks..

To hell with depression..... Its not allowed.

Being in that shoes too, it wasn't easy but it was worth it.

This isn't the time to be depressed o! It's a time to be very prayerful. Switch off that phone if it's contributing. take long walks, dance shoki, do squats;and also discuss with ur dr the possibility of induction
Pls if u are past 42 weeks let them monitor you well; baby's heartbeat, adequacy of amniotic fluid, etc
