Why do women /ladies find it difficult to move a motion for enjoyment(romance)? Even when a man moved a motion for it, they kick against it, but When d motion(bill) passes through first and second reading, they are the ones that enjoyed it most.

the guy do all the lobbying to get the approval by the woman, but the signing is done by both

Once u raise up ur hand to move a motion for enjoyment, they will quickly rule u out of order. Even when they stand to benefit or enjoy the outcome of the motion(the bill ).

My rules are
1. As a man, don't ever move the motion.
2. When she ask for the motion, pretend you're not interested.
3. When she's desperate, she will prepare the motion and give it to you to move.
4. You're now sure the bill will pass thru 1st n 2nd reading and eventually passed into law same day.

hmmmm some ladies are ready to bury the motion in pretends, especially at the preliminary stages of the motion /bill

Even at that, it is difficult. The highest a lady will do is to act indirectly in a way that the man will stand up and raise a motion for enjoyment, before she will do initial garagara before approving and signing it into law. Unless both of u have signed the bill into law before, she won't move a motion

With the little experience i have had, the closedness to me that gives a lady boldness to on her own move a motion for enjoyment is regular signing of the bill into law, especially when she so much enjoyed the previous signing. Though there are exceptions anyway.

Where are the ladies? i want your own reactions as regard to the above subject matter.

Does the passiveness of the ladies and their resistance(which could be fake) of such motion/bill for enjoyment Implies that they do not enjoy the process and outcome of such as much as the guys do?
