After, she bought supplementary form #10,500 for another course, yet couldn't secure admission. Meanwhile those that their list came out had a lower average scores, in fact she scored above all them

Guys, is there anything I can do to protest against this act on her behalf and secure justice?

i score 82/100 in the post jamb and 239 in Jamb yet i wasnt admitted..
Not even to an ordinary Educational course..
And yet people with 190.. 181 180 were getting admitted
Also ppl with 50+ 62 64 were getting admitted to the same course i chose.. This is inhuman!!

Injustice of the highest order. But is she from Abia state? If she is then, her admission is suppose to be certain.

UNIMAID did same to me in 2009...I got the highest score in jamb and post utme but did not MERIT the admission....

Very very wrong! Unfortunately hundreds of people have been victims of this, the admission process needs complete overhaul. For instance since everything is now CBT, the cut off marks and scores can be programmed such that immediately all candidates submit their Post-UTME test their grades and admission status can be displayed will go a long way in reducing this kind of bad practices in our institutions of ivory tower.

oga gan.. this issue of admission self.. one will hustle before getting admission, hustle hard to graduate with a good grade, hustle harder to gain employment... My advice: Just learn a trade while schooling.. I pray for a better future for is all.

MISSCONGENIALITY:
this is just the simple truth but somepoeple will think acquiring a skill is waste of time and stooping low. Peopel should see school as a place for acquiring knowledge and not a place to get certificates. Once u have gotten the knowledge, u can do what u want without a certifate. Because nigerians suffer to get admission, and when u are in school some people who whould be ur mentors would instaed frustrate u and when u finally graduate if they free u, u will suffer to get a job and when u finally get, u might also be frustrated by ur boss and then I start to wonder if there's any need wasting money going to school?

The truth is that if Absu wasn't her first choice of school in the utme, definitely even if she scored 400 her name won't be on the merit list. that is the school admission policy, it didn't start today. when it gets to supplementary, you will be advised not to choose medsurg by the school notice cause at that level it is based on who you know. this has been the practice in Absu over a decade now; your cousin should have made proper enquiries.

no offence dude, please are you sure you are conversant with what being discuss here or you have no atom of idea about it because if you did am pretty sure you will be able to recall that only most preferred institution were allowed in the utme 2015 nothing like 2nd choice, then what the trash are you sprewing here as if you are ignorance of shaddy processing by all these corruptible slowpoke admission officer across the states

Its vewi annoying when this students pass through a lot and gets high grades and they aint giving admission. My younger brother got 266 and wasnt giving admission as well. i was told to pay 400,000,000 naira. This is rilly disappointing. I had opportunity to call the VC of ABSU and reported this to him and he banged the phone on me. Yet yu would hear this old ones saying we hav vewi poor graduates and they caused this problm. How can yu give admission to sum1 who got 214 against 286. Am sick n tired of Nigeria.

its not about spewing trash.... ABSU actually invited people who never chose them for the second post UME and probably the supplementary forms (which she claimed she bought) but from what I've known about ABSU she can't get any of the hot courses even if she had 400overall as she never applied in the first place,,(its not in her jamb slip(s)) . but ABSU IS FOND OF THIS GOTO THE BOARD YOU SEE PEOPLE WITH 204average getting medicine... well LONG LEGS. BUT GOD'S GRACE MATTERS ALOT.
