he's a good backup/sub player problem is that players like him, Rafael included, that play with more passion need motivation and freedom to express themselves which they lacked since Fergie left. It affected their performance badly. That's why Diego Simeone is the coach I want here. Dude can motivate and make average players top class. He knows how to balance his team's attack and defence, the guy's style is fit for epl.
