So yesterday i was at wrk and babe called to tell me that sumtin bad had happened. I panicked and feared she had set my house on fire. I rushed to get airtime and called her back. That was when she told me that the infinix big 6 i gave to her, the one i reviewed right here on the 28th of last month, has stayed in soapy water for more than 30 minutes. She sed she packed the cloths she wanted to wash along with the phone and soaked them in detergent for over 30 minutes. I told her to take the battery out immediately, and i realised it the battery was non removable. At that point there was nothing i could do. When i got home i had to unscrew everything and tear the phone apart in a bid to tak the battery out. Called jumia and they refereed me to their service center. Will be going there with the phone on monday morning, i doubt if it can be repaired, cos i see too many burnt I.C's on the panel......

the worrisome tin der is dat d phone wasnt even in the pocket. it was just among the heap that was soaked in the water . It was jus sheer carelessness

I agree with you. Be like say na with vex she take go soak de clothes because a heap of clothes cannot conveniently be contained in a bucket or big basin without displacing the water detergent

I would normal pick each dress and soak individually and not all at once something wrong wen u not Tok yet.... You were even scared she burnt down your house ... I can imagine her quivering voice when reporting back to you do you beat her?

Guys lemme give my own review on the phone. I got it since Saturday and I've used it for a whole of 3days now.
first and foremost. the phone is a very nice phone considering the fact that its first sighting is really nice ( I got the gold colour) .
Another fact is that the phone comes with a 1gb ram, mhen that Is really disturbing, it's multitasking is a shit. ( cus of D's, I'm selling it off ASAP)
The phone camera no be here ooo. the camera is very cool and sharp too
The pricing is a bit high though.... I bought it from 3c hub and they sold it for 31k. The lady that attended to me also coerced me to get the screen protector for 1500. so the whole phone is 32,500 only
fyi, I made my inquiry too from slot that day but slot sold it at 31,500. so I casted my lot with 3chub.
The battery is a good one. it has ability to fast charge and yes, it last very long. I am a heavy user and yet the phone served.
And for those of you who wants to use the glo stuff. yeah it's working perfectly on it .
