Now I know why Nigeria is a miserable country. What if GEJ had won a second tenure in office? The looting would have continued in a massive scale. I like GEJ as a person, but as it is now.. He must stand before Nigerians and answer questions. No wonder he visited Buhari frequently after elections. There is no way GEJ can escape these accusations, the damages are too collateral. And it might take Nigerians more than half a century to recover from these damages.

Save Us Oh Lord.

good at what she does ? like brain surgery ? gerrarahiamehn. all she does is copy and paste stories. and her money is not clean because no way are you making banana island house money from blogging. its impossible. absolutely impossible

shocked shocked shocked ... Come on bro ... take a look at the first page of her blog ... just the first page ... each ad POST is 50 k ... do the math ... she posts close to 100 posts in a day ... that's like 2 and half pages ... that's like 20- 30 ad post in a day ... do the math for her earnings in a week , in a month , then for a year .

There are three leatherboard third party ads on her blog right now ... 1.6 million each per month . Do the math

From her crazy traffic and pageviews in a day , her adsense gets her close to $6,500 IN A DAY ... do the math for a month and then a year .

Her side ads give her close to 4 million monthly . Do the math for a year .

Add the goodies up

This story has to be cowpoo. I don't think you need to give most bloggers more than N200k to get them to do anything. 240 million? No way.
Ogbeni, don't dull yourself....
1.2 billion was collected for spiritual purpose..
why linda no go collect 240m? if you ask me...the money small sef compared to what them budget for spirituality.
I remember one time she asked for the advice of her readers that a lot of money was being offered to her by the political parties and she didn't know if she should go partisan.

Nairaland hates lies. Rule 8 says, "Don't post false information on Nairaland."
How do you define lies? because you need to show us what constitutes lies on Nairaland, your Mods are not helping matters at all, Example; Sahara Reporters pre-emptive opinions on issues flies to the frontpage with sources described as 'our reliable sources' or 'sources which pleaded Anonynity' an example was the pre-emptive court judgement that Akpabio was sacked by Appeal court, apart from the false news hiting the front page we have others threads with same false story like 7 on the Politics forum, even when the truth of the matter was announced and the court of Appeal upheld the victory and SR in shame reluctantly appologised about his over-sabi because they had no option, the fact remains that your politics Mod Mynd44 was a huge fan of APC Tinubu Sowoore and Lai Muhammed because he Mynd44 floored my thread(TBS thread) with the pictures of Lai muhammed and others and what i can say is that you chose a partial person as a judge in a sensitive forum like this who will play double standard by applying 'a lie clause' on his perceived enemies and 'Allow the same kind of lie for perceived friends'

So, your defination of lie seems obviosly with partiality

here is a Mod that you wrote this(below) about last year, that he failed to abide by your rule, but yet you enthrusted a more tasking job on him, so how are we sure that you have not been influenced by Lai Muhhamed who reportedly met with Bloggers in lagos when you have an unruly Mod whose icon is lai muhhammed?

Stupidity at it's highest level, so the critics must be Yoruba. Well that is not a bad place to be, someone who speaks up against what is not proper.

The fact remains that Linda Ikeji received a fee for providing a seevice, she may have to prove she was unaware that she was paid from Federal cofers and show proof of the advertisement.

I don't think any blogger should be blamed for receiving money to render service for a political cause.

There is a moral requirement, to decline such reward if offered when there is knowledge of the source of the funds.

And if possible report to the EFCC. To be a beneficiary of a known fraudulent act and not report it to the EFCC is a crime.

So, social commentator and activist Kayode Ogundamisi tweeted this today...he didn't mention any names but I am now trending on Twitter. Many assume he's talking about me...and you can't blame them really. He said...popular! I'm somewhat popular! He said female.. I'm female...duh! Lol. He said Lagos...I live in Lagos...some posh place called Banana Island..lol. #Just teasing!

So people are reacting and some actually believe it! That PDP or someone in the party gave me N240m? For what? Advert? This was why I didn't want to get politics advert money in the first place o...and but then some of you advised that I do when I asked here and now see the gbege that I have entered...lol.

But seriously for the record...no party registered or unregistered, no human being dead or alive gave me N240m for anything. The only advert I did for PDP was a page background take-over for former president Jonathan... and they asked for the space after I did a page background take-over for APC's Akinwunmi Ambode. (I'm sure you all saw it). The two parties paid me same amount. I had a politics advert rate which I sent to everyone who wanted to advertise on LIB! And it was a few millions ...which some of you followed to chop inside in the giveaway that April...lol. #Kidding!

Anyway, all these bad belle people looking for ways to bring a woman down...like I always say...you can't! Except you're mightier than God! Whether you like it or not, I'm a hardworking young woman who God chose to bless the work of her hand and is using me to bless others. Get over it! I am here to stay! Not going nowhere! *wink*. Make I go find una more news ojare!
